Our Ordering Process

​Thank you for choosing one of our made to order items. You may submit an order request here or through the Messenger app on our Facebook page!
 

We care about you getting your order as quickly as possible and we will do whatever we can to make the wait relatively short. We generally say to allow for up to 2 weeks for arrival, since we must order materials, sew, package, and ship the item out to you. We are happy to say that it is usually much quicker, depending on the volume of orders.

When you message us your item requests, we will reply as soon as we can. Then we will communicate so we can:

  1. Clarify the order details

  2. Confirm Availability

  3. Reserve your spot with Payment

  4. Schedule the time for pick-up

Pick-ups will be at the same location as our Baked Goodies, whether they coincide on a Friday or Saturday Market (Please check our Baking Calendar).

 

For orders being shipped, we will provide a tracking number and the opportunity to purchase an additional postal insurance so that if for any reason it is lost or damaged by the carriers, you can receive at the very least a partial refund.

 

All sales are final. As a small family business, we spend a lot of time and resources making each of our products by hand. We simply do not have the ability to provide free products, returns, or exchanges currently, however, with your purchase of postal insurance you will be refunded the loss. Thankfully, we have not encountered this happening.
