We are a practicing home bakery that adheres to the Cottage Laws of Oklahoma for the Homemade Food Freedom Act. We do not produce our baked goods in a commercial kitchen. Never at any time do we knowingly bake any items that contain gluten in our kitchen as a standard practice.
Joyful Gifts strives for gluten-free and celiac-safe products. Having Celiac ourselves, we have personal experience with the extreme importance of a gluten-free diet to those with this condition (or similar conditions). We take great measures to prevent the risk of cross-contamination, both for our own safety and our customer’s safety. Our claim to be “Gluten-free and celiac safe” is true as far as we are aware: we do not knowingly include gluten in our products and we do not knowingly use gluten-contaminated equipment or ingredients.
However, there is still a slight risk of the presence of a contaminant. You are responsible for your medical health and safety. Please consult your doctor before purchasing our products. Consume these products at your own risk.

Store Terms & Conditions
Please keep in mind we have limited availability and cannot guarantee fulfilment of an order request. Our store does not “take orders” at this time. All order requests are not guaranteed until Approved. If Approved, your order request will be scheduled for production and you will be asked to provide any necessary information to deliver your product (if applicable) once it has been completed.
Approval and Payments
An order request is only considered “Approved” when Joyful Gifts sends an email response that your order has been approved. Once an order request has been approved, the Order must be payed in full before your product can scheduled for production.
Preferred methods of payment are Square, Paypal, or Cashap.
Returned checks and surcharges will be charged the amount equal to any resulting bank fees.
Liability
Joyful Gifts is not responsible for bodily injury, property or consequential damage, which may result from services.
Joyful Gifts is not responsible for any damage to the product or shortage of product caused by anyone NOT employed by Joyful Gifts.
Joyful Gifts will not deliver an order request if payment has not been paid in full at the time of sale.
Fulfillment of Paid & Scheduled Order
Joyful Gifts is not responsible for any delay or inability to deliver based on accidents, natural disasters, transportation issues, inclement weather, illness, death, labor troubles, delay in supplies, disputes or strikes, or any other circumstance beyond Joyful Gifts’s control.
Changes to Order
After the cost of an order has been paid, we can no longer accept any changes to that order.
Refunds and Returns
We value our customers and appreciate your willingness to do business with us.
We guarantee that our products meet our Company’s Quality Standards: the product is the type ordered by the customer at the time of sale and is made as specified in the Product Catalog.
All sales are final. Once a product has been transferred to the customer (“Accepted”), we cannot issue any refunds, returns, or exchanges. We are a small family business and we spend a lot of time and resources making each of our products by hand. We simply do not have the resources to provide free products, returns, or exchanges at this time.
If a product meets our Company’s quality standards at the time of Pickup, we are no longer responsible for the product after it has been transferred over to the customer.
If a product does not meet our Company’s quality standards at the time of Pickup, we will refund, replace, or exchange your product. If the product has been Accepted by the customer, we cannot issue a refund, exchange, or replacement.
Photographs
We respect your privacy and will never disclose photos of you, details about your identity, or any other private information without permission. We reserve the right to take pictures of our products, including custom orders, for use in our social media, website, and marketing. We also reserve the right to use these photos of our products without compensation to you.
Our Shipping Policy
We have limited shipping available for non-perishable products. We cannot ship perishable products at this time.
We do not sell products to customers outside the U.S. at this time.
Order Processing Time
Our products are all handmade. We cannot guarantee your product will be delivered within a certain amount of time. We will send you an estimated shipping date at the time of sale and strive to ship it by that date. It is only an estimate, not a guarantee. We will finish your product as quickly as our time and resources allow.
We will email you a tracking code once your product has shipped.
Shipping Address Changes
After the cost of the product has been paid, we can no longer accept any changes to the order.
If you placed the wrong order details by accident, we cannot provide refunds or replacements at this time.
If the product was returned due to an inforrect address, we will contact you for a reshipment. You have up 10 business days to repond to our reshipment request. You will be required to pay any reshipment costs charged by the shipping company.
We cannot issue any refunds or replacements at this time.
Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times
The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs at the time of sale. Shipping is calculated by the total costs charged by the shipping company—based on destination, region, weight of product, etc.
We will email the customer a tracking number once their product has shipped.
We do not offer any other shipping type besides Standard Shipping.
Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to customers outside the U.S. at this time.
Packages Damaged, Lost, or Missing While in Transit
We cannot refund products or replace products for free at this time. If a package is damaged, missing, or lost during shipping we are not responsible. Please contact the shipping company regarding the problem.

However, for orders being shipped we will provide a tracking number and the opportunity to purchase postal insurance so that if it is lost or damaged by the carriers, you may be able to receive a partial refund.

If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.
Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and JGG with respect to the Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and JGG with respect to the Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be written in English.
